Author's Level System
DepositPhotos.com has developed a graduated scale for all of our approved Image Authors.
As you Sell more Images, you will be enter the next Author’s level.
The more Photos you Sell, the Higher your level. The Higher your level, the more money you will earn with each sale, as follows:

Exclusive Author Status
If you want to receive an Exclusive Author Status, you can choose the option "Exclusive" in settings of your profile or while registering as a Seller. After approval, your commissions for your work increase automatically (it changes to our Exclusive Authors Rates).
In addition, your works will be shown within our "Exclusive Authors' works" filter and your status as an "Exclusive Author" will also be added to your user profile.
According to the Exclusive Supply Agreement, the works provided by you for selling at the site must not be sold, distributed, licensed, or handed over on a (no-) charge basis no other way. However, it does not mean that you have no right to use them within your personal Portfolio or creation of products for sale (providing that such products do not require previous licensing of the used Image).
An Exclusive Author of DepositPhotos has no right to Sell Images at other sites.
When you become an Exclusive Author, you agree to delete your Images from other stock photo sites (if any) and sell images only at DepositPhotos.

Pay-by-Phone (SMS Images)
SMS Images are images purchased through short text messages. A buyer sends an SMS message to us, and the selected number of images (up to 15) are credited to the Buyer's account where they can be downloaded at any time.
SMS Images are available solely in the size L (2400 x 1600 pixels).
If your image was purchased by SMS, commission depends on your Author's level:

Earnings Request
You may withdraw funds from your account at any time provided your account balance is $50 or more. Funds may be dispersed to a PayPal or Moneybookers account, and more.

Licensing
A Standard license put some restrictions to the Buyer connected to usage of the purchased images.
If the image is required for the purposes beyond the scope of the Standard license, a Buyer may obtain the image on the Extended license ground.
You are able to decide whether or not the image can be sold with an Extended license.
According to the terms of the Extended license a Buyer is able to use an image:
